About The Studio

The Studio of Duxbury, a town tradition since the mid 1950's, is located in the historic seaside town of Duxbury, Massachusetts.  In 2016, The Studio was acquired by Lauren Balsbaugh, a native of Massachusetts who is passionate about all the South Shore has to offer. 

Lauren and her team have continued the tradition of The Studio by bringing one-of-a-kind, high quality gifts, home décor, and specialty items to their customers, as well as introducing new brands, exclusive local offerings, and a modern sensibility to their shopping experience.  Most distinctively, the complimentary gift-wrapping sets The Studio apart and makes every purchase special.
